Overview
We offer a 15-day replacement & refund policy for all of our products (not on Standard Accounts, which have, temporarily, a 2-day guarantee only), which states that, in case that the account you purchased got banned during the first 15 days of purchase period, you can get either a refund or a replacement account (with similar specifications, eg. You purchased a standard EUW account, you will get a similar spec account or the same).
We only accept refunds in the case that, without having disrupting behaviour, chat-restrictions or other similar type of punishment, your account gets banned by our leveling system.
To complete your refund, we require that you put the exact e-mail used for the purchase and the order number when addressing this issues in the Contact Form.
There are certain situations where this service cannot issue a refund:
- When the account has been chat-restricted or temporarily banned for 14-days.
- When the account has been banned permanently for disruptive behaviour.
- Any actions that indicate that the reports or bans received are because of the user.
Refunds Process
Once we receive your petition through the Contact Form, we will study the case with extreme caution and provide the best solution possible. Keep in mind that if your case is not suitable for a refund, we cannot offer any more help regarding the issue.
Exchanges
We offer replacement refunds. As stated in the “Overview” section, you can get a similar specc’d account in exchange of the banned account. An example of how we would actually handle this type of refunds is shown below:
- Account banned was a Standard NA Account, with 35K Blue Essence and Level 30. The new account given because of the refund would be as similar as possible to this one.
